We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation, loss, or unexpected events during your stay. If you choose not to, you accept full responsibility for any associated costs or losses.
We are Stay Peaks, The old workshop, Bradford rd, Youlgrave, DE45 1WG and we act as booking agents on behalf of individual property owners. Your booking contract is made with the Owner of the property, and we facilitate the process as their agent.

If you’re bringing your furry companion along, please note:
Pets are only allowed in designated properties and must be included in your booking.
For pets other than dogs, prior approval is required.
A pet fee applies and must be paid before arrival.
Pets must not be left alone at the property.
Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
Please supervise your pets at all times, especially around roads or livestock.
Bring your own pet supplies, including bedding and towels.
Clean pets thoroughly before re-entering the property.
Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste responsibly.
You’re liable for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
